Corporate structure
Valor Medica is a program operating under the name of Sevadar Foundation Inc., a Missouri nonprofit corporation recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Its EIN is 93-2840861.
The Foundation’s board of directors holds fiduciary responsibility for the program. Clinical decisions are the responsibility of the chief medical officer and the licensed clinicians delivering care; the board does not direct clinical judgment.
Two organizations, not one
Valor Villages Inc. (EIN 93-2266407) is a separate 501(c)(3) with its own board, its own executive director and its own finances. Valor Medica is its medical arm by partnership, not by ownership. Neither organization controls the other, and gifts to one are not gifts to the other.

Governing policies
The Foundation maintains written policies in the following areas. Current copies are available on request to info@valormedica.org.
- Conflict of interest, with annual disclosure by directors and officers
- Whistleblower protection and non-retaliation
- Document retention and destruction
- Gift acceptance, including the circumstances under which a gift is declined
- Donor privacy — published in full
- Patient privacy and protected health information
- Nondiscrimination in services and employment — published in full
Clinical governance
All clinical care is delivered by licensed practitioners operating within their scope. Care coordinated with the VA Healthcare System or community health centers is governed by those institutions’ own clinical standards. Where our outreach teams deliver basic first aid, they do so under defined protocols and within the limits of their training — a limit we state plainly rather than blur.
Reporting a concern
Concerns about care, conduct or finances can be raised directly with the board by writing to info@valormedica.org with “Board concern” in the subject line, or by mail to the address below. Reports may be made anonymously, and the whistleblower policy prohibits retaliation.
